To insure the accuracy of the order and satisfaction of the customer, proof approval is required prior to production on all orders that do not include already approved art.
Artwork changes or cancellation will incur a $75.00 fee once art is prepared for production.
Order cannot be cancelled or changed after production has begun.
Damaged or defective product must be reported to us within 5 days following delivery.
Replacements or returns are available only on defective product and require authorization.
